March was a very surreal month for everyone. As we look ahead to April we want to help you find a balance. We know how difficult it is to juggle it all. Many of you are working from home and trying to negotiate the many needs within your home. Being your child's teacher, parent and co-worker is a lot to chew.
We want to help you find some mindful moments throughout the day without adding to your stress and workloads. #FamilyFun30 is Family Friendly HQ's inclusive, helpful and fun solution for April. Every single day for the month of April we will set a simple but fun task to help you connect with your family. The idea behind this task is that nothing is too difficult or overwhelming. We want to encourage you to take just a couple of minutes to be present and enjoy one small daily activity with your little ones.
As part of #FamilyFun30 we have chosen low maintenance ideas and tasks that are realistic. As part of these tasks there are many levels of learning but without the pressure. A simple craft, recipe or garden experience can rescue you from the sense of overwhelm and plant your feet firmly back in the present moment. We know how stressful it is to juggle it all and we promise you that these tasks will serve you all.
Below you will find the full list of tasks for the month. With every little task we will publish a corresponding article onsite and share via our Facebook page. You'll never have to look far to find the how-to or information about that day's activity. And if you miss an activity or can't find the time? No big deal. These are just ideas and prompts.
