He specializes in newborn and family photography and in this case he was taking precious photographs during a baby's birth. The photo was taken in a Brazilian hospital during a routine Cesarean Section. When baby Isabela Pereira de Jesus was held up in front of her mother she decided to take an opportunity to throw the doctor a look of utter disgust. As you can see, Isabela is absolutely fuming to have been disturbed. We can only assume that she was curled up inside her mother having a nice nap when she was rudely awakened by a team of doctors.
When photographer Rodrigo Kunstmann initially shared the photo he had a feeling that it would be popular. He accompanied it with the caption
"today is my birth and I don't even have clothes for this"
When the photo was shown to baby Isabela's parents it is reported that they burst in to laughter. The moment a baby is born is unforgettable for parents, but with a photograph like this it will bring years of laughter too.
