Parents Are Loving This Mum's Hack For Keeping Her Kids Still

This is genius!

Ah, bedtime.

Any parent knows that there are two sides to your kids being tired. Sometimes, they get tired and fall asleep like little sleepy angels, while other times they get tired and launch into hyperactive mode.

Trying to get them to wind down and calmly get them set up
for bedtime is something a lot of parents struggle with and it’s easy to see
why.

This mum, however, has created the perfect (and most adorable way) to keep the kids quiet and wind them down before bed.

In a Facebook post this week, Jessica D’Entremont revealed
her hack. “Looking for a way to keep your kids still?” she asked. “Buy them
glow in the dark pj's. Tell them they have to lie really still under the light
to 'charge' them..."

The results were an adorable photo of her two little girls
lying perfectly still on their bedroom floor, charging their glow in dark pjs
like it was the most important thing in the world.

After the post went viral, Jessica explained that her
daughters have sensory processing disorders, and this nightly ritual has become
a way to give them a few moments of peace and quiet after long busy days.

Will you be trying this hack?
