What Is Considered Excessive Toilet Paper Usage?

One woman in the UK has sparked a huge debate online with her household’s excessive toilet paper usage.

We all know you go through a lot more toilet roll when you have kids in the house.
They just can’t seem to manage using a reasonable number of squares each time they go to the bathroom.
They always end up using like half a roll before they eventually leave the bathroom!
But how much is too much?
One woman in the UK has sparked a huge debate online with her household’s excessive toilet paper usage.
Taking to Mumsnet, she explained that they get through nine rolls in just seven days. For those of us who are not great at maths, that’s almost a roll and a half a day. And there are just three adults living there – two males and one female.
In fact, she is so baffled by their usage she actually wonders if they’re just eating it.
"3 adults in my house, 2 male, 1 female. I buy a pack of 9 a week and we are using 90% of it, honestly I think someone is eating it! What do you use? Is this excessive?"
Not surprisingly, many people were quick to offer up their thoughts, with the majority convinced that it was over the top…
“There are 2 adults in my house. A pack of nine would last a month honestly! Someone is definitely eating it lol. Or using it to clean the toilet maybe?” one said.
Another said: “My family of 7 (one is a baby) we use around 6/7 maybe even more depending on if the girls decide to use it as beds and pillows for their tiny dolls.”
However, another commented on just how little they use, and we’d love to hear their advice on how they keep usage so low!
“There are 4 of us here, 2 adults 2 children, we use 2 toilet rolls a week ”

So what do you think? Is nine in a house of adults too much or is your toilet roll usage similar?
