How To Vote For EPIC Museum In Dublin As Europe's Leading Tourist Attraction

The Irish attraction is hoping to win for its third year running.

EPIC Museum, one of Ireland's biggest tourist attractions, has been nominated to win the title of Europe’s Leading Tourist Attraction at the World Travel Awards this year. The two-time reigning champions are hoping to claim the top spot for the third year running - and they need your help to do so.

The EPIC Museum, which is located at CHQ Building at Custom House Quay in Dublin, is an attraction all about Irish Emigration. The state-of-the-art interactive experience features personal stories of love, triumph, adventure and adversity, celebrating the positive impact and influence of Irish emigrants all around the world.

Since launching in 2016, EPIC has been voted two-time winner of Europe’s Leading Tourist Attraction at the World Travel Awards; in 2020, it was the first organisation to ever win the award back-to-back. The experience has beaten some of Europe's biggest and most well-known attractions, including The Acropolis of Athens and Buckingham Palace.

Over the past year, since winning last year’s second title, EPIC Museum has welcomed over 50,000 participants for online activities, talks and tours. They are also currently hosting the first-ever exhibition dedicated to Irish LGBTQ+ diaspora, which has been free to attend for the month of June. Should you wish to book tickets for the experience, you can do so here.

Other attractions across Europe that are also hoping to win the award this year are La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, The Eiffel Tower in Paris, Batumi Boulevard in Georgia, and also another Irish entry, Spike Island in Cork.

There are a number of other Irish appearances in other categories at the awards too, such as Dublin and Belfast which are both up for Europe's Leading City Break destination; Ashford Castle in Galway as the Leading Honeymoon destination; and Ireland as Europe's Leading destination for tourists.

Should you wish to vote for EPIC Museum or to check out all of the other categories, head over to the World Travel Awards website to cast your vote.
