How To Make Delicious Cheesy Pizza Pockets

These are too good, and so easy to make.

As our lives continue to get back to some level of normality, we've been a lot busier than we have in recent weeks. Between social distanced play dates and schoolwork coming to an end, the pace of our lives is picking back up considerably - and because of that, we've been looking for some quick and easy meals to make life easier. That's why we love these easy, cheesy pizza pockets.

We saw this recipe on Pinterest (originally OneLittleProject.com) and we can't get enough of it - it's so versatile and adaptable to your own tastes. All you need is:

  • Pizza Crust (puff pastry could also work)
  • Tomato Sauce (for the pizza base)
  • Pepperoni
  • Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat your oven to about 200 C. Simply roll out your pizza base into a rectangular shape, then cut it into squares. Start to spread some pizza sauce onto half of each base, making sure to leave the other half clear. Then, add some mozzarella cheese and a topping of your choice on top.

Take one corner of the pizza base and fold it onto the on the other, making sure the pizza ingredients are covered. Seal the edges using a fork.

Pop them into the oven until their golden brown, and that's it! Tasty, cheesy pizza pockets.

These are so delicious and easy to make, plus you can easily sneak some veg in there too if you have fussy eaters in your house!
