Today's feel good news is dedicated to An Garda Síochána. During these difficult times they are doing a fantastic job of keeping us all safe and ensuring that people are taking social distancing seriously.

We didn't have to look very far to find some feel good content from our national police service. We hope you enjoy today's stories!

An Garda Síochána Need Help Naming Their New Horse

We stumbled across this tweet and it really made us smile. There is something so warm and friendly about our national police. As you will see from the tweet An Garda Síochána have added a brand new horse to their Garda Mounted Unit. They are looking for your help in naming the beautiful horse and we think it would be a lovely thing for the kids to get involved in. They will choose a winning name on the 27th of this month.

A Lovely Garda Escorts Duck And Ducklings Back To River

What more can we say? We saw this video on RTE.ie and it made us feel very very happy. There is something so sweet about this simple gesture by one of our frontline staff. The Mammy Duck and her eight ducklings lost their way in Ballsbridge, but luckily a kind Garda was closeby and helped them back to the river. We may have watched this one a few times....

The Cutest Sergeant Jack Beattie Urges People To Stay Home

Another feel good video courtesy of the Garda Info twitter account. One adorable "seargeant Jack Beattie" has an important message to share. He urges people to stay home and to only leave the house "if it is necessary". Jacks "wee message" is super important and we think he is just brilliant. Well done Jack!
