Betty O'Neill

Betty has been a Nutritional Therapist since 2009, she has graduated from CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine, www.naturopathy.ie. Betty has worked in the Health food industry for over 10 years. Betty is an active member of the NTOI (Nutritional Therapy of Ireland) www.ntoi.ie. She is an avid foodie, but more so Ishe is fascinated by the remarkable benefits that food has on our bodies and our overall well-being. It was through her own struggle with IBS, Adrenal Fatigue and Sugar Addiction, that she realised how powerful Nutritional Therapy was, as she studied and learned, Betty realised that the food she was eating was having a devastating effect on her health. Betty applied simple yet effective changes to her diet, this resulted in; increased energy levels eliminated tummy bloating, less stress and improved sleep quality. Betty still has to work on her diet and lifestyle every day.

Today people tend to rely on marketing messages on food packaging, in many cases, not all the facts are given and made clear. Betty will help you to make the correct choices that will impact your health. Betty runs her own clinic in Springpark, and also a clinic in the Natural Health Store in Wexford Town www.naturalhealthstore.ie and also take's consultations with clients one- to - one or Skype or Facetime consultations. Betty is also regularly interviewed on South East Radio www.southeastradio.ie with Alan McGuire, where they discuss many health topics.

Betty specialises in Gut and Hormonal Health and gives informational talks in the local area. She also runs 2 successful online programs - Ditch the Sugars and a Cold n Flu program. She is one of the family experts for Family Friendly HQ, www.familyfriendlyhq.ie where she writes a monthly blog. Betty lives in Wexford with her husband and three kids age 10,8, and 6. Every day her children are lucky tasters and beneficiaries of her nutritious creations.
