Max (voiced by Patton Oswalt) faces some major changes after his owner Katie (Ellie Kemper) gets married and now has a child. On a family trip to the countryside, Max meets a farm dog named Rooster (Harrison Ford), and both attempt to overcome his fears. Meanwhile, Gidget (Jenny Slate) tries to rescue Max's favourite toy, and Snowball (Kevin Hart) sets on a superhero mission by new doggie Daisy (voiced by Tiffany Haddish).
