With Father's Day fast approaching here are some great ideas for your little ones if you have some spare time on your hands.

So, it's that time of year again - Father's Day. What do you get for him from your children? I never know what to get but I myself love homemade personalised things from my two so I thought I would start with that.

Here are some arts and crafts ideas to do at home with your children.

Handpainting - Best Dad Hands Down:

We love this one - it's so effective and personal, and it could not be easier! You can download a template (like this one from FunHandprintArt) or you can get a bit creative and make your own!

Superhero Handprints:

These are too cute! Handprints = mess, but when it's this adorable, it's worth the clean up afterwards.

Painted rocks - Dad you rock!

This one is a great idea as it creates a whole afternoon of fun. You could take a walk on the beach and ask your kids to choose their favourite stones they come across and bring them home. Once washed, you can paint in them in any design you fancy! Here are three of our favourite rock painting ideas.

Fingerprint heart - My Heart Belongs to My Daddy

How cute is this!

Father's Day Handprint Family Tree

This is a gorgeous one that the whole family can get involved in!
