Easter oatmeal cookies with The Pixie Box Bakery

Here are some delicious treats to make with the kids this Easter weekend.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chocolate chips (115g)
  • Self-raising flour (115g)
  • Porridge oats (115g)
  • Soft brown sugar (115g)
  • Melted butter (140g)
  • Desiccated coconut (25g)
  • Chocolate eggs (100g)
  • Bicarbonate Soda
  • Vanilla essence
  • Golden syrup

EQUIPMENT

  • Large bowl
  • Fish slice
  • Spatula / big spoon
  • Teaspoon
  • Tablespoon
  • 2 x lined baking trays
  • Baking paper
  • Wire rack for cooling
