Kids are easily distracted with a short attention span so here are some games to keep them occupied out the garden that my children love

If your anything like me,I'm constantly looking for fun and new things to keep the kids occupied out the back. Kids are easily distracted with a short attention span so here are some games to keep them occupied out the garden that my children love.
1. Water Balloon Dodge Ball
One for a super hot day this summer. It's pretty self-explanatory too. Make sure to remind the kids not to aim for people's faces.
2. Lawn Twister
Spray paint coloured circles to turn your grass into a game board. Hours of fun for the kids. Or if you have a trampoline you could draw circles using chalk and hose it down once finished.
3. Ice Block Treasure
Grab a large lunch box or a bucket that will fit comfortably in your freezer. Add some waterproof toys and freeze overnight. Grab some toy tools, spoons and anything the kids can use to dig, smash and scrap with. If you play your cards right, this activity could keep the kids occupied for hours and hours!
4. Chalk
We're keeping it uncomplicated with some simple chalk games. Grab some jumbo chalk the next time your at the Euro Shop. Play hopscotch, colour the walls or make a chalk maze of squiggly lines or circles for them to walk, hop or scoot along.
5. Fishing For Marbles
Fill up the paddling pool and drop in a bag of marbles. Using your feet try to fish out the marbles - see who gets the most in the shortest amount of time. This game is not suitable for toddler or wobblers.
6. Bubbles
You can never go wrong bubbles. We love this homemade bubble maker, we will definitely be trying it this summer...
