Pesto Pasta

A super easy dish that’s full of taste.

  • 400g spaghetti, fresh or dried
  • 2-3 tbsp pesto (can be homemade – but there are some great fresh pesto’s in the supermarkets now)
  • 40g Parmesan (or vegetarian alternative), shaved or grated

  • Boil the spaghetti in a large pan according to pack instructions.
  • Drain well
  • Return to the pan and add the pesto and half the Parmesan.
  • Toss well. Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.

To Serve:

Serve with tomatoes (can be added at the end) or cooked chicken.
