There is no better way to start your day  or fill a gap than with a kick of fruit. Try out these two really simple smoothies.
 
ABSOLUTELY AVOCADO SMOOTHIE
 
Ingredients:

½ avocado
300ml apple juice fresh
½ an apple
Juice of a lime
Little water
 
Recipe:

Pop all ingredients in to blender and blitz 
Add more water if you like a thinner smoothie

APPLE, PEAR AND CINNAMON SMOOTHIE
 
Ingredients:
 
2 pear
1 apple
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
½ cup water
 
Recipe:

Add all ingredients in blender and blitz
