Healthy Egg Omlette Recipes

Light & Fluffly Scrambled Eggs & Omlettes with your Favourite Fillings:
 
BAKED PEPPERS EGGS AND BASIL
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 eggs 
  • Salt & pepper
  • Basil fresh
  • Knob of coconut oil
  • Little milk of your choice 
Recipe:
  • Preheat the oven 150C
  • Cut peppers into large chunks and roast for 20-30 mins (this can be done the night before)
  • Make scrambled egg with you eggs, milk salt and pepper on a low heat
  • Mix the peppers through
  • At the end tear the basil leaves into the mix.
MUSHROOM AND TOMATO OMLETTE WITH CHIVES
 
Ingredients:
 
  • Fistful of mushrooms chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped 
  • Fresh chives
  • 2 eggs
  • Little milk of your choice
  • Knob of coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper
 
Recipe:
  • Whisk the egg and milk season with salt and pepper 
  • Heat up pan and fry off the veggies, remove 
  • Pour in eggs and fry on both sides, add  veggies in middle and flip over.
