Berry Smoothies

 
Children love these and it’s a great way to get them to eat fruit.

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 6 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 10 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 5-6 blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Large handful of blueberries
  • 2 tbsp of natural yogurt
  • 100 mls of orange juice
 
Method:
  • Wash all the berries and place in a blender
  • Peel banana, chop and add to blender
  • Add the 2 tbsp of yogurt and the orange juice
  • Blend all together until smooth
 
To Serve:
 
Pour into a glass and enjoy at any time of the day. Also can be drank while on the go.
