Berry Blast Smoothie

Packed full of goodness, this smoothie is a family favourite.
  • Cup of berries (frozen is fine- strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)
  • Cup of milk of your choice- dairy, oat, almond, rice or coconut
  • Dessertspoon of ground flax seeds
  • Dessertspoon of full fat natural yogurt
  • Drizzle of local honey
  • Put all ingredients in to blender and blitz 
  • Blend until creamy
