Croke Park has been at the heart of Irish sporting life for over 100 years and is the headquarters of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), Ireland’s largest sporting organisation.

The GAA Museum
The GAA Museum offers an unrivalled state-of-the-art visitor experience! The museum celebrates Ireland’s unique national games of hurling and Gaelic football and features collections and exhibits which illustrate the rich history of these national games, highlighting the significant contribution the GAA has made - and continues to make - to Ireland’s cultural, social and sporting heritage.
The museum includes exhibition galleries, a Hall of Fame, match footage, and a magnificent new trophy display. 
Visitors of all ages can also test out their own hurling and football skills in the interactive games zone – see how fast they can react, check out their passing skills, practice a fingertip save or the art of the high catch!
As well as its permanent exhibitions, the GAA Museum hosts a range of temporary exhibitions.
Croke Park Stadium Tours
You can explore this magnificent stadium on a guided Stadium Tour, enjoying a behind-the-scenes journey through this 82,300 capacity stadium. The all-access tour allows you follow in the footsteps of sporting legends as you visit the team dressing rooms before going pitch side and taking a seat in the VIP area.  Enjoy panoramic views from the top tier of the stand – 30 meters above the famous pitch

The Etihad Skyline Rooftop Tour
Enjoy the best views of Dublin from the roof of the iconic Croke Park Stadium on the exciting new Etihad Skyline tour. The tour offers visitors unmatched panoramic city views and insights into Dublin’s celebrated landmarks combined with the thrill of walking on top of Europe’s third largest stadium.
Accompanied by an experienced tour guide, visitors will ascent to a walkway 44 metres above the ground to take in panoramic views of the Irish capital and find out more about Dublin’s key landmarks.

Skyline includes stops at five viewing platforms along Croke Park’s 0.6km rooftop walkway. Each stop gives visitors the opportunity to learn about the highlighted buildings and sites in their line of vision through multi-lingual audio guides.

You’d better watch out - Santa Claus is coming to Croke Park!
Visit Santa’s Grotto, the Elves’ Living Quarters, the Toy Factory and the GAA Museum at the Santa Experience in Croke Park
Did you know Santa’s favourite games are Gaelic games? Because of his love of all things GAA, Santa has set up his Irish headquarters in magical Croke Park.
Santa’s band of elves have already moved into the team dressing rooms, which they are busy transforming into their living quarters for the festive season ahead. They are also working with the dedicated team at Croke Park to ensure the pitch is in perfect condition for Santa’s arrival on November 26th, when the Santa Experience at Croke Park begins.  
Families from all over Ireland are invited to visit the iconic stadium and Santa’s very special grotto, where each child will meet with the man himself and receive a Christmas gift - whether they’ve been naughty or nice!  The Santa Experience also includes a behind the scenes trip to the Elves’ Living Quarters and their Toy Factory. Not only that but all ticket holders will get a sneak peek pitch side, where even the goal posts will be twinkling! 
The experiences includes FREE admission to the GAA Museum, where families can discover two floors of interactive exhibits. Children can pick up their Junior Explorer passport and follow the special route which highlights some of the most fascinating and famous exhibitions, including the original Sam Maguire and Liam MacCarthy cups. A highlight for many boys and girls (and Mums and Dads!) is the museum’s Interactive Games Zone, where you can test your own hurling and football skills – see how fast your family can react, check your passing skills and practice a fingertip save or the art of the high catch!   
The Santa Experience at Croke Park promises to be one of best Christmas family days out in Ireland.  You never know, the touch of Christmas magic might even inspire your little one to be the next GAA All-Star! 
There’ll be plenty of beautifully festive family photo opportunities, and a professional photographer will also be on hand to capture the moment.  And you can finish off the perfect day with light refreshments and a festive snack in the museum’s Blackthorn Café.  Or you could pick up the perfect stocking fillers for the GAA fan in your life from the GAA Museum Shop!
The festivities get underway from Saturday, November 26th, and will run on select dates until Thursday, December 22nd.   Dates sell quickly and pre-booking online is essential to avoid disappointment.  Tickets, priced at €8 for adults, €14 for children 2 years and over, and €7 for children aged 1–2, are now available via the website Children under 1 go free. 
The event is both wheelchair and buggy accessible, and there is free parking adjacent to the GAA Museum located on the Cusack side of the stadium. 
Croke Park is an iconic stadium steeped in history, and has been at the heart of Irish sporting and cultural life for over 100 years, so it really is a must for every Irish family.
