Some exercise is better than none
“Some exercise is better than none; more exercise is generally better than less, and no exercise can be disastrous”

We all know that exercise is good for us. Some people may find it easy to start exercising and are able to motivate themselves to exercise every day, others may struggle and lack motivation.

Everyone has their own reasons and goals to exercise but as long as I’m a personal trainer every client I have had have all had one goal in common that being over HEALTH IMPROVEMENT!!
