New survey found that over half of Irish people don't get the recommended amount of sleep
A new survey which was published by Wellman and Wellwoman looked at 1,000 Irish adults found that 64% risk their health and don’t get the recommended 7 – 9 hours sleep a night.  A miniscule 6% of adults said they had high energy levels. A higher percentage of men than women rate their energy levels as good. (56% men compared to 46% females.).
It also found that more than half of us don’t do enough excise on a regular basis. And a mere 21% eat the recommended levels of fruit and veg. Walking was found to be the most popular form of exercise followed by running. 20% of adults go to bed after midnight during the week.
