How to speed wrap Christmas presents

In Japan they use this technique which makes much neater parcels

A video showing a superfast and simple way to wrap presents using minimal paper and cellotape went viral last year. The present wrapper was from Takashimaya Department Store in Tokyo, Japan. 
Here is a video clip showing in a much slower pace how to perfect your present wrapping using this technique. The trick is to place your present diagonally on the paper. 
We have tried it and warn that it does take a couple of times to perfect the technique but once you are there you can see what is possible (video below).
Once you have perfected it, presents can be wrapped in under 15 seconds. We like the sound of that!
