Chrissy Teigen Wants People To Stop Asking If She's Pregnant
When a woman has a baby her body is never the same afterwards. As a mum of four, even with a slim frame, I proudly carry some extra pounds where I grew my four healthy babies.

It can sometimes be difficult to know if a woman is expecting or not depending on what she is wearing. So many of us have been there... and maybe didn't know what to say.

I have been there but I strongly believe you should never assume or comment on anything to do with anyone’s appearance or body.

Luckily, Chrissy Teigen has the right sense of humour when it comes to making that embarrassing mistake.

Recently, when someone asked mum-of-two and notably not pregnant Chrissy Teigen if she was sporting a "baby bump", Teigen had a great response.

The exchange happened after the mum posted a picture of herself and her husband, John Legend, to her Instagram feed.

The pair are on holidays at the moment and have spent part of it recreating scenes from the reality TV show “Four Weddings”.

That's why Chrissy is wearing both a towel and a bridal veil in the photo she candidly posted. She's having fun with John and looks as amazing as ever, but one commenter asked simply "baby bump?"

Chrissy took the time to reply to the commenter:

“I know you didn’t mean to be rude but think twice about this, there are people who have trouble conceiving and it hurts every time. I’m not pregnant but would be happy if I were. But I’m also happy not to be”

Teigen has previously talked publicly about how her body has changed since becoming a mum, and how it's something that has taken some getting used to.

Another fan, saying: “It also hurts when you are trying to lose your baby weight and still have a bump and people ask or think this question.

Chrissy completely related to her comment, replying:

“Yeah I’m already reminded of it every time I get out of the shower, I don’t need to hear it on the daily lol.”

Teigen's clearly taking this with a dose of humour, and as a public figure, she's probably used to reading insensitive comments. However, her advice to the Instagram user can be applied to anyone who is about to ask a woman if they are pregnant - DON’T.

You never know what's going on with someone's body, and if the person is a stranger, why do you even care? You could hurt someone's feelings, so please, for the love of god, just don't do it!
